‌Beware of phishing emails 

‌The IT department detected that several łÔąĎ±¬ÁĎ email accounts received a phishing email with the subject lines "Open slot," "Interview Approved," and “Remote Internship.” Find suggestions on how to identify and avoid phishing emails in an email from IT sent Wednesday, April 30. ‌

‌New sculpture installation 

‌Sculptor Fitzhugh Karol ’04 will unveil a permanent large-scale sculpture at łÔąĎ±¬ÁĎ on Monday, May 12. Installation is scheduled to take place beginning at 2 p.m. between Saisselin Art Building and Filene Music Hall. A brief gathering to celebrate this generous addition to campus will follow at 5 p.m. All are welcome.

Bike for free with CDPHP Cycle ‌ ‌

‌Register for by downloading the CDPHP Cycle app and subscribing with a łÔąĎ±¬ÁĎ email address; submit promo code "łÔąĎ±¬ÁĎ" and enter a credit card for incidentals. The program includes free access to pedal bikes, and e-bikes are free for the first 30 minutes (e-bikes parked outside of Cycle! racks are charged a $2 convenience fee). ‌Campus chill water system activation ‌ ‌

‌Facilities Services has begun the process of starting up the campus chill water system, which provides air conditioning for some campus buildings and should be ready in early May. The following buildings are affected: Bolton Hall, Palamountain Hall, Tisch Learning Center, Barrett Center, Ladd Hall, Case Center, Howe Rounds Hall, Wait Hall, one section of Jonsson Tower, Scribner Library, and Janet Kinghorn Bernhard Theater. ‌

‌Real ID deadline approaching

‌Starting today, May 7, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will require state-issued driver's licenses or identification cards that meet standards to board domestic flights. Travelers should check their driver’s license for the Real ID star and apply if needed. Or they may use a passport or another TSA-approved ID to travel. Contact Carol Schnitzer with questions.

‌Summer Bulletin publication schedule 

‌From May 21 through Aug. 20, Bulletin will be distributed only to faculty and staff, as well as students who remain on campus during the summer. It will also continue to be posted online. Submissions to the Faculty-Staff Achievements section will be paused over the summer and will resume in the fall. To submit announcements and events, please complete the online submission form. After sweeping a Liberty League Crossover Series against Rochester, the baseball team is off to the Liberty League Tournament at Ithaca, where it will open against Clarkson at 4 p.m. on Thursday, beginning the four-team, double-elimination conference tournament. The Thoroughbreds will then play at least one game on Friday with the goal to advance to championship Saturday and get a shot at winning their first league title since 2012.
